PLATAFORMA DE ENSINO COM INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL PARA PREVENÇÃO DE ABSENTEÍSMO RELACIONADO A SAÚDE: UM MAPEAMENTO BIBLIOMÉTRICO E PATENTOMÉTRICO

Resumo

Este estudo realizou mapeamento bibliométrico e patentométrico de plataformas de ensino com inteligência artificial (IA) voltadas à prevenção de absenteísmo entre servidores da educação. Foram analisados 93 documentos indexados na Scopus (2015–2024) e 8.368 famílias de patentes obtidas via ORBIT (IPC: G06Q-050/20, G06N-020, G16H-050). Aplicaram-se séries temporais (Excel), análise de co-ocorrência de termos e redes de coautoria (VOSviewer), análise de conteúdo de abstracts (IRAMUTEQ) e caracterização de inventores/IPCs (ORBIT). Os resultados mostram crescimento da produção científica com pico em 2024, predominância de autores dos EUA, China e Índia, e clusters temáticos centrados em algoritmos preditivos, estudos de coorte epidemiológicos e interfaces adaptativas. A patentometria evidencia liderança de inventores chineses e sul-coreanos, focalizados em métodos de machine learning para gestão escolar e monitoramento de saúde mental. A convergência entre bibliometria e patentometria indica complementaridade entre pesquisa acadêmica e inovação tecnológica, ao mesmo tempo em que revela lacunas em estudos qualitativos e em aplicações em redes públicas de ensino.
